Performance Coach – Strength & Movement Jobs in Seattle at Orca Wellness
Orca Sports Rehab is seeking a Performance Coach with a strong background in strength training, movement coaching, and active rehabilitation to help lead small-group and semi-private training sessions within our Seattle sports medicine facility.
This is not a traditional personal training role. Our clinic blends sports medicine, rehabilitation, movement analysis, and performance-focused strength training to help active adults and athletes improve resilience, movement quality, and long-term physical capacity.
We are looking for someone who is highly comfortable coaching foundational movement patterns and modifying exercises for individuals with orthopedic limitations, prior injuries, or varying fitness backgrounds. The ideal candidate enjoys bridging the gap between rehabilitation and performance and thrives in a collaborative, movement-focused environment.
Sessions may include:
- Strength and movement coaching
- Progressive loading strategies
- Mobility and resilience work
- Return-to-training progression
- Injury-conscious strength development
- Coaching foundational lifts including squats, deadlifts, carries, presses, and kettlebell-based movements
This is a part-time weekend-focused role with opportunity for expanded weekday involvement as programming grows.
Compensation: $35–40/hour DOE
Clinic-paid parking included.
