Brain Builders is an award-winning, multidysciplinary pediatric clinic expanding beyound Speech, Feeding, and Occupathional Therpay to add a passionate Physical Therapist (PT, DPT) who loves child development, movement, and helping babies through school age children reach their fullest potential.
We are seeking a clinician who is excited about gross motor development, infant milestones, sensory-motor integration, feeding/postural support, toe walking, torticollis, balance, coordination, and developmental movement – whether your background is pediatric PT, early intervention, school-based orthopedic, sports medicine, or developmental care.
This is an ideal opportunity for:

Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT, DPT) in Maryland (or eligible)
- Pediatric, developmental, ortho, sports, or school-based experience preferred
- Passion for child development and family-centered care
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Interest in working alongside Speech, OT, and Feeding specialists
