Education: HS Diploma or GED
Experience:
- Must pass a Federal background check
- Must be 21 years of age
- Retail and/or sales experience required
- Jewelry experience a plus, but not required
- Must be able to move freely and quickly
- Must be able to lift 50 + lbs. to eye level
- Must have excellent listening and verbal communication skills
- Must have excellent sales and customer service skills
- Must have ability to quickly and effectively use and understand the company’s technology based POS
- Must have the ability to multitask effectively and prioritize, follow up, and meet deadlines with flexibility
- Must have the ability to calculate simple math and percentages and count change back
- Must have a solid understanding of grammar, spelling, punctuation, and standard edited English
- Bilingual is a plus
