Pawn Broker Associate
Pay: $14.00 – $17.00 per hour + Monthly Commission Bonus

We are seeking motivated, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as a Pawn Broker Associate. If you enjoy working with a variety of merchandise, helping customers, and learning something new every day, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Our team works with a wide range of products including jewelry, luxury watches, electronics, firearms, tools, musical instruments, collectibles, sporting goods, and other high-value merchandise. No two days are the same.
No pawn industry experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive training for individuals with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and desire to learn.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and research merchandise presented for pawn loans or purchase
- Issue short-term collateral loans to customers
- Assist customers with retail purchases and product recommendations
- Learn product values, market trends, and resale pricing
- Maintain accurate transaction and inventory records
- Merchandise products and create attractive sales displays
- Provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Help maintain store cleanliness, organization, and security
- Follow company policies and compliance procedures
- Continuously develop product knowledge across multiple categories
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Sales, retail, banking, jewelry, firearms, or customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to work weekends as needed
- Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply
