Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Pattern Maker position located in Fanar. The Pattern Maker will be responsible for creating and developing precise patterns, modifying existing ones to meet design specifications, and ensuring proper fittings. The role involves working closely with the design team, implementing Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software for pattern development, and overseeing sewing processes to create high-quality products.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Pattern Making, Pattern Design, and Fitting
- Proficiency in Sewing and related garment construction techniques
- Experience in using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for pattern development
- Strong attention to detail and precision in craftsmanship
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt patterns to specific design needs
- Previous experience in uniform or textile manufacturing is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with designers and production teams
