Position Overview
We are seeking a Patient Service Representative (Front Desk) to join our supportive team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth clinic operations and delivering excellent service to our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients at the front desk
- Schedule and manage patient appointments
- Verify insurance benefits and submit authorizations
- Provide accurate information about clinic services and physical therapy benefits
- Answer patient questions with confidence and professionalism
- Maintain accountability for daily tasks and responsibilities
- Support billing processes and handle claims data
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Self-motivated with a proactive work ethic
- Knowledge of insurance verification and billing processes
- Experience with claims data
- Spanish Speaker is a preferred but not required.
Office Hours
- Monday – Thursday
- 7:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Friday
- 7:30 AM – 4:30PM
Must be available to work these hours but will not work the full day unless needed.
