Prebish Chiropractic Centre is a patient-centered, sports and injury rehab clinic focused on helping active individuals recover, move better, and perform at a higher level. Our environment is fast-paced, team-driven, and built around delivering an exceptional patient experience every visit. We have two doctors, Dr. Andrew Yockey(Owner) and Associate doctor Dr. Mickey Barea.
Position Overview
We are hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator to be the face of our clinic and a key driver of patient flow, communication, and overall experience.
This is not a passive front desk role. You will play a critical part in:
- Keeping the clinic running efficiently
- Supporting patient retention
- Helping patients understand and commit to their care plans
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with professionalism and energy
- Manage scheduling to optimize clinic flow and minimize gaps
- Answer phones, texts, and patient inquiries promptly
- Communicate clearly with patients about appointments, care plans, and payments
- Process payments and handle financial conversations confidently
- Coordinate with providers to support rehab and treatment flow
- Maintain organization and accuracy in patient records (EHR)
What We’re Looking For
- High energy, positive, and reliable
- Strong communication skills (in person, phone, and text)
- Organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable discussing finances and guiding patient decisions
- Ability to multitask without losing accuracy
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience in chiropractic, physical therapy, or medical front desk
- Insurance verification or billing familiarity
- Customer service or sales background
Compensation
- $18–$20+ per hour (based on experience)
- Performance-based bonuses tied to:
- Clinic efficiency
- Patient retention
- Collections
Schedule
- Full-time preferred(including Saturday), Part-time(with hours on Saturdays)
- Clinic hours:
- M: 8:00am-6:00PM
- T: 8:00am-5:00PM
- W: 8:00-6:00PM
- Th: 8:00am-12:00pm
- F: 8:00am-5:00pm
- Sat:8:00am-12:00pm

Pay: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour
