Job Overview
We are seeking energetic, reliable, and passionate Youth Sports Coaches to lead after-school sports enrichment programs for elementary school students in the Irvine area. Coaches will follow a structured curriculum that teaches a variety of sports while promoting teamwork, confidence, leadership, sportsmanship, and a love for physical activity.
Weekly Schedule
Wednesday
- 2:30 PM – 3:30 PM: Kindergarten–1st Grade Sports
- 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM: 2nd–6th Grade Sports
Thursday
- 2:30 PM – 3:30 PM: K–6 Girls Sports (Female instructor required. This class is for female students only.)
School Year: August 2026 – May 2027
Responsibilities
- Lead fun, engaging sports classes for elementary-aged students.
- Follow a structured curriculum and lesson plans.
- Teach sports fundamentals while creating a positive learning environment.
- Manage groups of students with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Set up and organize equipment 1 hour before class and after.
- Follow all school and company safety procedures.
- Serve as a positive role model for students.

Qualifications
- Experience coaching youth sports or working with children preferred.
- Positive, energetic, and dependable.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for helping children learn through life skills and sports.
- Must pass fingerprinting and background clearance before working on campus.
- Reliable transportation required.
