The Community Recreation Branch in Toronto is hiring part-time Park Attendants. In this temporary role, you will monitor the Terrain Park’s safety, set up equipment, and maintain facilities. Previous ski operation maintenance experience is beneficial, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for visitors, especially youth and children.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor Terrain Park users and ensure their safety
• Set up and maintain all terrain features and equipment
• Complete logs to track conditions and features
• Maintain communication with maintenance and ski patrol teams
• Facilitate public access and provide assistance to visitors
Requirements:
• Minimum 14 years of age
• Basic First Aid certification recognized by WSIB
• Experience in ski operation maintenance is an asset
• Certification in Ontario’s Healthy Child Development Principles
• Vulnerable Sector Check required for child interaction
Support winter recreation while ensuring safety and enhancing visitor experiences at the Earl Bales Ski & Snowboard Centre.
