This part-time permanent position offers 8-24 hours per week across varied shifts including weekdays, evenings, and weekends. You will be responsible for member engagement, facility tours, and handling inquiries. Engage with the membership community while maintaining administrative tasks and tracking spreadsheets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote membership value and engage prospective members
• Provide tours and assess member needs on-site
• Handle program registration and data entry efficiently
• Stay informed about membership changes and facility events
• Communicate effectively with all departments
Requirements:
• Current Emergency First Aid and CPR-C & AED certification
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Previous experience in fitness or recreation facilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Access to reliable transportation
