• Maintain cleanliness standards across the workout floor
• Welcome members warmly upon arrival
• Educate guests about memberships and amenities
• Report cleanliness deficiencies and incidents promptly

Less’ black card amenities effectively
Requirements:
• High school diploma or in progress
• 1 year of teamwork or volunteer experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• WHMIS, First Aid, CPR-A & AED certifications preferred
• Ability to perform under pressure and handle stress
