In this engaging position, you will be the first point of contact for members at our Dunfield and Eglinton location. You will focus on greeting members, managing phone calls, and providing insightful assistance regarding memberships and fitness equipment. Your expertise will contribute directly to our atmosphere of support and motivation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and check members in effectively
• Promptly answer all member and non-member calls
• Provide assistance with workout equipment inquiries
• Offer Fit-Fix Starter sessions for beginners
• Complete cleaning duties as assigned for club upkeep
Requirements:
• Current CPR-A & AED Certification needed
• Smart Tan certification within three months of hire
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Experience in customer service advantageous
• Knowledge of fitness preferred
