Join our dynamic team as a Part Time Boys Lacrosse Program Director and lead the development of engaging, skill-building lacrosse programs for youth and high school aged athletes. Duties
- Plan and execute engaging lacrosse practices and games that promote skill development and sportsmanship
- Coordinate schedules for teams, leagues, and special events to maximize participation and enjoyment
- Provide coaching guidance tailored to different age groups and skill levels, ensuring safety and fun
- Foster a positive environment by encouraging teamwork, good behavior, and respect among players
- Oversee equipment management, field setup, and safety protocols to maintain a well-organized program
- Collaborate with parents, school staff, and community partners to promote program participation and growth
- Monitor participant progress and provide feedback to support continuous improvement in skills
Qualifications
- Prior experience in sports coaching or teaching physical education, preferably with youth or children
- Knowledge of lacrosse rules, techniques, and safety standards; Lifeguard experience or similar safety certifications are a plus
- Strong behavior management skills to foster respectful interactions among participants
- Experience in sports is beneficial for understanding team dynamics
- Ability to lead energetic activities while maintaining a safe environment
- Excellent communication skills with a passion for mentoring young athletes

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
