Join the Schwartz/Reisman Centre’s vibrant aquatics department, where we focus on building confident swimmers and leaders. This position is for energetic individuals who hold certifications in Swim Instruction and Lifeguarding, and have at least 2 years of experience. You’ll facilitate high-quality leadership programs and ensure a safe, inclusive environment while forging inspirational connections.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver leadership and aquatic certification programs
• Provide curriculum-based lessons with ongoing feedback
• Maintain a safe and organized program space
• Complete administrative tasks like attendance and evaluations
• Collaborate with team members to enhance program success
Requirements:
• Current Swim Instructor and Lifeguard Certification
• Minimum 2 years as swim instructor
• Qualified for various instructor certifications
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Commitment to participant success and safety
