Job Description:
Referees ensure games run smoothly and safely while creating an engaging experience for players. They enforce rules, manage game flow, and handle any conflicts that arise. When not reffing, they assist with field upkeep and occasional heavy lifting.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Ref and organize games while Manage game flow.
- Outgoing and able to engage with customers.
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to enforce rules fairly while maintaining a fun and professional atmosphere.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various conditions.
- Capable of lifting heavy items when needed.
- Assist with field setup, cleanup, and basic maintenance.
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
Position 1: Weekday & Weekend Referee
Schedule:
- Weekdays: Flexible hours based on events scheduled.
- Weekends: Full or Half Day Shifts Depending On Schedule
â–¸ Full Day: 9:00 AM – 8:30 PM
â–¸ Half Day: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Position 2: Weekend-Only Referee
Schedule:
â–¸ Full Day: 9:00 AM – 8:30 PM
â–¸ Half Day: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturdays and Sundays only
This position offers an exciting opportunity to engage with the community through fun exciting paintball games.
Employees may earn additional income through customer tips.**
Pay: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour

- Are you comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions including heat, rain and cold?
- This job requires being on your feet for long hours, running, getting into a ref stand and lifting up to 25 lbs. Are you able to perform these essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations?
