Step into the Overnight Customer Service Representative (Motivator) role at Good Life Fitness, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for every Member. Your primary focus will be on creating a welcoming environment while assisting with fitness-related inquiries.
As a Motivator, your impact starts as soon as Members arrive at the Club. You will handle all aspects of front desk operations, including greeting, checking in Members, and managing phone inquiries. Your customer service excellence and fitness knowledge will be instrumental in meeting and exceeding Member expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome Members and guests at the entrance
• Efficiently manage phone calls and appointment bookings
• Provide assistance with Fit-Fix Starter sessions
• Answer fitness-related inquiries and educate Members
• Maintain high cleanliness standards throughout the facility
Requirements:
• CPR-A & AED Certification mandatory
• Must obtain Smart Tan certification within 3 months
• Knowledge of fitness industry practices essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
• Experience in customer service and sales preferred
