Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in members as they arrive

• Handle incoming calls and book appointments efficiently

• Assist with questions regarding fitness machines

• Provide Fit-Fix Starter sessions for new members

• Complete cleanliness tasks to maintain club standards

Requirements:

• CPR-A & AED certification required

• Smart Tan certification within 3 months

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Prior customer service experience is preferred

• Knowledge of the fitness industry is a plus
