Physical Therapist – Part-Time / Per Diem | Immediate Opening with Flexible Future Schedule
Locations: Mission Valley | Point Loma | 4S Ranch
Part-Time / Per Diem | Immediate Need: Up to 30 Hours/Week
Catalyst Physical Therapy & Wellness is growing, and we’re looking for a licensed Physical Therapist who is available to jump in immediately.
We currently have an immediate need for approximately 30+ hours per week at our Mission Valley clinic through early August to help support our growing caseload. Beginning in August, this position will transition into a flexible part-time/per diem role, providing coverage across our Mission Valley, Point Loma, and 4S Ranch clinics as needed. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for flexibility, supplemental income, or a pathway to additional hours as our practice continues to grow.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional one-on-one physical therapy focused on meaningful outcomes and lasting relationships.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary wellness team.
- Educate patients on long-term recovery, injury prevention, and performance.
- Incorporate optional cash-based wellness services that enhance patient outcomes.
- Help foster an encouraging, growth-oriented clinic culture.
Who We’re Looking For
- Licensed (or license-pending) Physical Therapist in California.
- Someone who enjoys building relationships—not just filling a schedule.
- Comfortable practicing in a hybrid insurance + wellness model.
- Excited to collaborate with trainers, massage therapists, and performance professionals.
- Passionate about helping patients become proactive with their health.
- Open to mentorship, continued learning, and contributing to a supportive team.
