The Role
As a Physical Therapist at TheraRehab and Wellness, you will evaluate and treat patients in a one-on-one outpatient setting while developing the clinical skills needed for long-term success.
You will create individualized treatment plans, guide patients through their rehabilitation journey, monitor progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding outcomes.

What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based clinical reasoning
- Develop individualized plans of care based on patient goals and presentation
- Utilize manual therapy, exercise progression, mobility work, and patient education
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Gain experience across multiple rehabilitation specialties
- Learn and apply advanced treatment techniques as your skills develop
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Build strong patient relationships that improve engagement and outcomes
- Continue developing your confidence, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
Who We’re Looking For
- Physical Therapist licensed or eligible for licensure
- New graduates and PTs with 0-3 years of experience encouraged to apply
