Help Build Kentucky’s Premier Musculoskeletal Platform
Modern Sports Medicine & Orthopedics is seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Surgeon to join an established and growing orthopedic practice in southeastern Kentucky.
This is not a traditional hospital-employed position.
This is an opportunity for a surgeon who wants to build something meaningful, participate in ownership, and help create one of Kentucky’s leading musculoskeletal organizations.
Our vision is to build the most comprehensive physician-led musculoskeletal platform in Kentucky by integrating orthopedic surgery, sports medicine, imaging, ambulatory surgery centers, rehabilitation, and advanced musculoskeletal care.

Compensation
We believe exceptional surgeons should be compensated at the highest levels and participate in the value they help create.
Financial Package
- Guaranteed compensation of $650,000-$850,000 during ramp-up period
- Production-based compensation model
- Uncapped earning potential
- High-performing surgeons can earn $1,000,000-$1,400,000+ annually

Qualifications
- Board Eligible or Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon
- Fellowship training preferred
- Sports Medicine, Total Joint, Hand, or General Orthopedics encouraged to apply
