Order Entry Specialist – Woody’s Traction and Control

We are currently seeking a motivated, self-driven individual as an Order Entry Specialist. This exciting, unique position will require an individual with a variety of skills. Some of the responsibilities of this position include:
- Possesses an advanced level of written and verbal communications skills, computational and computer skills, and mathematical knowledge
- Extensive knowledge of and fluency in MS Office and/or Google Suite applications
- Experience with web based customer platforms such as WooCommerce and Square
- ERP software experience preferred, ideally Sage software
- Professional Phone operation skills (Phone etiquette, hold, forward, voicemail)
- Professional Email Skills (Email etiquette, email filters, folders, sending, scheduling emails)
- Exceptional communication skills, customer relationship skills and time management skills
- Exceptionally strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize & manage multiple projects and timelines in a deadline-driven environment
- Duties require the ability to effectively perform in response to workflow or ongoing direction by supervisors or others
- 1-2 years Customer Service experience
- Minimum of 40 wpm typing speed
- High school diploma required, college degree preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of snowmobiling and power sports industries a plus.
