Operations Coordinator & Coach (Full-Time) Jobs in North Hollywood, CA at Nordic Soccer

Nordic Soccer is the San Fernando Valley’s favorite youth soccer program, and we are scaling up. For the 2026-2027 school year we will run about 25 school sites serving roughly 1,500 kids, plus club teams and our Sunday Viking League. We are hiring one full-time person to help run the day-to-day business and coach alongside us.

This is a rare seat for someone who wants to see exactly how a growing youth sports business runs day to day, take real ownership, and grow with us. There is a genuine path to a Director role for the right person.

What you will do:

– Run day-to-day operations alongside the founders: registration and rosters, parent communication, coach scheduling and coverage, and keeping our systems organized.

– Coach sessions as part of the role. This is a hybrid operations and coaching position.

– Help us solve problems, improve how we work, and support our expansion across the Valley.

What you will get:

– $25 per hour, full-time, paid as an independent contractor (1099).

– A front-row seat to how the whole business works, and the chance to grow into a Director role over time.

– After a few months of earned trust, use of a company vehicle (truck) for work.

– Free enrollment for your own kids in any Nordic program.

– A close, mission-driven team that cares about kids, families, and doing this well.

What we require:

– Highly organized, proactive, and reliable. You close loops and do not need to be chased.

– A clear, warm communicator with families, schools, and coaches.

– Comfortable with everyday software (Google Workspace, spreadsheets, email, scheduling tools).

– Real experience working with kids and strong soccer experience. You will coach.

– A valid driver’s license and clean driving record for future company-vehicle use.

– Able to pass a California Livescan background check and complete our certifications before starting. Nordic covers or reimburses these.

How to apply (read carefully):

Please do not just click Apply. Email us at [email protected], tell us you are interested in the full-time position, and explain why we should hire you. Include your operations or admin experience, your experience with kids, your coaching and playing experience, and any questions you have.

Our process:

1. Email us as above.

2. In-person meeting.

3. One in-person coaching session as the second interview. This is part of the interview and is not paid.
