We’re Hiring: Operations Supervisor
We’re looking for an Operations Supervisor to grow and manage our live streaming presence by onboarding creators, managing agencies, and driving platform growth.
What You’ll Do
-Acquire and manage live streamers, influencers, and agencies
-Support creators in performance, engagement, and monetization
-Ensure smooth operations, including withdrawals and issue resolution
-Build strong partnerships and grow platform revenue
-Track KPIs and report performance insights
Requirements
-2–5+ years in Operations, or Creator/Influencer Management
-Experience in live streaming or social platforms is a must
-Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship skills
-Target-driven and growth-oriented mindset
