What You’ll Do
• Host engaging TikTok LIVE broadcasts on a consistent schedule.
• Stream approximately 4–6 hours per day.
• Build a loyal and engaged community.
• Develop your own signature show with support from our creative team.
• Collaborate with other creators across the network.
• Participate in sponsored campaigns, special events, and network productions.
• Grow your personal brand while representing OTWtv.

Qualifications
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Comfortable on camera and speaking LIVE.
• Reliable, professional, and coachable.
• Active TikTok account (engagement matters more than follower count).
• Smartphone or computer with a reliable internet connection.
• Basic lighting and audio setup (or willingness to improve it).
• Able to maintain a consistent streaming schedule.
TikTok LIVE experience is a plus—but personality, work ethic, and a willingness to learn matter even more.

Compensation
This is a performance-based independent contractor opportunity with uncapped earning potential.
Creators earn through TikTok LIVE gifts, creator rewards, affiliate commissions, sponsorships, brand partnerships, and other monetization opportunities as they grow.
At OTWtv, we provide the coaching, strategy, and support to help creators build consistent income and work toward TikTok’s $10,000/month LIVE benchmark by Month 6 through consistency, audience growth, and engaging content. Individual results vary based on effort, performance, and platform opportunities.
