Office Manager and Accounting Assistant Jobs in Santa Fe Springs, CA at Southland Polymers

POSITION:

We are seeking an Office Manager who is experienced in operations and has experience with accounting and bookkeeping.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve to tie sales operations, warehouse operations, and logistics operations together in a seamless manner
  • Work with sales director to enforce sales policies and monitor sales KPIs
  • Assist with regular HR duties and manage the hiring process
  • Assist with company projects with tight timelines
  • Maintain company records and make sure local and national permits and regulations are kept up to date
  • Manage travel plans for sales team and ensure all accounts have sales coverage
  • Ensure warehouse operations run smoothly and manage equipment checks to make sure all machinery and equipment is in good working order
  • Handle customer orders when sales team is not available.
  • Assist with import logistics and international and domestic shipping arrangments.
  • Perform bookkeeping and clerical duties, including AR, AP, and check deposits.

Requirements

  • Five years of experience in an office management environment
  • Five years of experience in accounting
  • Bachelors degree in accounting or operations preferred
  • Reliable and on-time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
