Hiring: Fitness Coach/Nutritionist

We are scaling fast and need a certified fitness coach who is obsessed with client results — not just delivering plans, but holding people accountable and genuinely caring whether they succeed. If you are highly organized, great at communication, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.
What you’ll do:
Manage a roster of 50–100 online clients: owning their experience end to end
Deliver personalised workout and nutrition plans tailored to each client’s goals
Respond to client messages on WhatsApp daily
Conduct regular check-in calls to keep clients accountable and motivated
Track client progress and results consistently: flag issues before clients do
Requirements:
Valid fitness certification (ACE, NASM, ISSA, or equivalent)
Proven experience coaching clients (online coaching experience preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication in English (and Hindi is a plus)
Highly organised and able to manage a large client load without dropping the ball
Comfortable working fully remotely and staying accountable without micromanagement
Active WhatsApp user: quick response times are a must
