Role Description The Nutrition Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based at Gold’s Gym Elite San Stefano in Alexandria, Egypt. The individual in this position provides evidence-based nutrition guidance to members, conducts assessments, and develops personalized meal and nutrition plans aligned with fitness goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include offering one-on-one consultations, delivering nutrition education sessions or workshops, and collaborating closely with personal trainers and other fitness staff to support integrated wellness programs. The role also involves tracking member progress, adjusting nutrition plans as needed, and maintaining accurate records in accordance with professional standards. The Nutrition Specialist promotes healthy eating habits within the gym community and contributes to the overall member experience by delivering clear, supportive, and practical advice.
Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Dietetics and Nutrition, with the ability to apply evidence-based practices to diverse client needs.
  • Excellent Communication and Nutrition Education skills to explain complex concepts clearly and motivate members.
  • Understanding of Food & Beverage principles, including meal planning, portion control, and practical dietary recommendations.
  • Relevant academic background such as a degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related health science field; professional certification or license in nutrition/dietetics is an advantage.
  • Experience working in fitness, wellness, or healthcare settings, preferably with client-facing responsibilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with trainers and staff, manage multiple consultations, and maintain organized documentation.
