Kapadia Medical Corporation, a leading provider of comprehensive pain management and sports medicine services, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans
- Administer interventional pain procedures, such as intra-articular and trigger point injections
- Diagnose and manage musculoskeletal injuries, chronic pain conditions, and sports-related injuries
- Educate patients on rehabilitation, injury prevention, and performance optimization
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA and practice standards
Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant license in California
- Active DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
- Board certification (ANCC/AANP for NP; NCCPA for PA)
- Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
- Eligible to enter into a California collaborative practice / supervision agreement
- Previous experience and a strong interest in pain management, sports medicine, orthopedics, or rehabilitation
- Proficiency in performing medical procedures, including injection-based interventions
- Excellent clinical judgment, patient-centered approach, and thorough documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented clinical environment
