Ninja Coach / Preschool Gymnastics Instructor

Sweet Ninjas is looking for an energetic, athletic, and positive leader to join our team as a Ninja Coach / Preschool Gymnastics Instructor.
In this role, you’ll inspire and train children through NinjaZone and preschool gymnastics programs, helping them grow physically, mentally, and emotionally in a safe, fun, and structured environment. If you love working with kids, enjoy staying active, and bring positive energy into everything you do—this might be the perfect fit.
Ideal for athletes with backgrounds in gymnastics, martial arts, parkour, freerunning, dance, or youth sports. Teaching experience is a plus, but attitude, energy, and a love for kids matter most.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead high-energy NinjaZone and/or Preschool Gymnastics classes
- Set up creative, fun, and age-appropriate stations and obstacle courses
- Deliver curriculum in a captivating, safe, and engaging way
- Demonstrate foundational gymnastics and ninja skills with proper progressions
- Follow best practices that promote safety, quality instruction, and professionalism
- Encourage independence, confidence, patience, and self-esteem in every child
- Communicate openly, positively, and professionally with parents, kids, and teammates
- Support all aspects of the gymnastics and ninja programs while helping carry out the gym’s vision
Who Thrives in This Role:

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with children (coaching, teaching, gymnastics, childcare, etc.)
- Preschool gymnastics experience or strong foundational movement skills (preferred)
- Ability to safely demonstrate basic gymnastics and ninja skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Physically active and comfortable leading high-energy classes
- Strong communication skills with children, parents, and the public
- Team-player mindset with a love for fun and learning
