Ninja Program Lead – New Gym Opening! Jobs in Spring, TX at Dominique Dawes Gymnastics & Ninja Academy
Be part of something new. We’re opening a brand-new facility in Spring, TX this September and are looking for a Ninja Program Lead to help build the program from the ground up.
If you’re passionate about movement, great with kids, and want to make a real impact from day one — this is that opportunity.
What You’ll Do
Teach weekly ninja classes for beginner and intermediate athletes, mentor newer coaches, and partner with gym management to keep programming running smoothly. You’ll also help with equipment setup, events, and maintaining a safe, high-energy training environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Background in ninja warrior, parkour, or a similar movement discipline (required)
- Experience working with kids in a coaching, athletic, or recreational setting (preferred)
- High-energy, patient, and positive — you genuinely enjoy working with children of all skill levels
Schedule
Primarily weekday afternoons/evenings and weekends. Indoor gym environment.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to demonstrate skills, spot athletes, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Pay: $20.00 – $26.00 per hour
