RN Sports Collective is a next-generation athlete representation firm founded by student-athletes, for student-athletes, focused on helping athletes secure NIL opportunities, build their personal brands, and maximize their value both on and off the field. We are seeking driven, entrepreneurial NIL Agents to identify and recruit student-athletes with strong brand potential, build and manage relationships with athletes and brands, source and negotiate NIL deals and partnerships, and provide strategic guidance on branding, content, and positioning while staying up to date on NIL regulations and trends. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in sports and business, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to manage multiple clients and opportunities; experience in sales, marketing, sports, or NIL is preferred but not required. This role offers hands-on experience in athlete representation, direct exposure to deal-making, a flexible remote work environment, commission-based compensation with high earning potential, and the opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling sports agency.
