You may have seen our gym equipment wipes at your gym, or our sports equipment cleaning sprays in hockey, football, lacrosse and boxing locker rooms across the country. We’re a family-owned business founded in 2008, obsessed with quality and currently scaling to become a household name.

The Role

We’re hiring a National Sales Representative to own and grow our new business pipeline.

You will be responsible for opening new doors – calling on gym operators across the country to sell our gym wipes. This is not an account management role.

You will work directly with the founder. Your wins, your losses and everything you hear in the field will directly shape our strategy, product development and growth priorities. We need your feedback constantly – not in a quarterly review, but in real time.

Responsibilities

New Business Development (Core Focus)

  • Hunt and close new gym accounts across the USA: independent gyms, chains, fitness studios, athletic facilities, college recreation centers, community centers & more.
  • Build and work a pipeline from scratch and close deals.
  • Conduct daily cold calls.
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, follow-up, close.
  • Help represent Vapor Fresh at 3-5 industry conferences and trade expos per year.
  • Help build the systems and processes that will scale our sales operation.

 

Market Intelligence

  • Feed the founder constant, unfiltered intel from the field.
  • Share what objections you’re hearing, what competitors are doing, what buyers want.
  • Your ears on the ground directly influence our product roadmap and GTM strategy.

  • A real, working pipeline of gym prospects.
  • New accounts closed and happy.
  • Clear understanding of our best buyer profiles and what moves them.
  • Consistent, high-quality feedback loop with the founder.
  • Momentum – you’re accelerating, not still figuring it out.

Requirements

  • 1–5 years of B2B or field sales experience
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota
  • Comfortable selling remotely – phone and email are your primary tools
  • Strong prospecting instincts – you know how to find the right contact and get them on the phone
  • Excellent communication skills – clear, confident, persistent without being annoying

Bonuses (Not Required)

  • Existing relationships with gym operators, gym chains or fitness facility buyers
  • Experience selling into retail – big box, grocery, or sporting goods
  • Background in fitness, sports or consumer packaged goods
  • While this is a remote position, hybrid work with ability to commute a few times per week to our Boca Raton, FL office would be a huge bonus

Compensation ($100k+ OTE)

  • Base salary range of $60k-70k
  • Uncapped commission structure, paid out monthly
