The Opportunity:

G Mason Group has been selected as a licensee for the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games and is building a dedicated Sports Division to capitalize on one of the most significant consumer products opportunities leading up to 2028.

We are seeking exceptional sales professionals to help build and scale this business across North America.

Positions are available at multiple levels, including:

National Account Executive

Senior National Account Executive

Director of Sales

Strategic Account Leadership

The division will focus on a broad portfolio of licensed consumer products, including:

Sporting Goods

Balls & Recreational Products

Hydration & Drinkware

Plush & Collectibles

Fan Merchandise

Accessories and Event Merchandise

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage relationships with major retailers including Walmart, Target, Kohls, Costco, Dick's Sporting Goods, Academy Sports, Amazon, and other national accounts

Secure new distribution opportunities and expand existing retail partnerships

Attend and kead upcoming trade shows including Sports Licensing and Tailgate Show, NY Toy Fair, among others.

Drive sales growth across olympic sports licensed consumer product categories.

Partner with licensing, product development, operations, and marketing teams to execute growth strategies

Lead retailer presentations, line reviews, and strategic planning initiatives

Identify new opportunities within sports, licensing, and event-driven consumer products

Qualifications

Proven success selling consumer products to major retailers

Existing relationships with key retail buyers strongly preferred

Experience in sporting goods, licensed products, toys, collectibles, consumer products, or related industries

Strong presentation, negotiation, and account management skills

Entrepreneurial mindset with the desire to help build a high-growth business
