Position: GoodLife Fitness Motivator Role
Become a vital part of Good Life Fitness as a Motivator, enhancing member experiences at our clubs. This role focuses on welcoming members, answering inquiries, and promoting fitness services.
As a Customer Service Representative (Motivator) at Good Life Fitness, you will be the first point of contact for members and potential members. Your responsibilities include greeting guests, handling phone inquiries, and providing assistance with gym equipment. With a strong focus on customer service and relationship building, you will help create a positive and motivating atmosphere at our clubs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and check in Members upon arrival
• Assist with inquiries about gym equipment
• Handle incoming calls professionally and efficiently
• Provide Fit-Fix Starter sessions for new Members
• Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the Club
Requirements:
• CPR-A & AED Certification needed
• Smart Tan certification within 3 months
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of fitness industry concepts
• Previous experience in customer service is an asset
