Position: Mobile Swim Instructor
Location: Mobile (Residential Homes)

About Us:
At Splash and Dash Swim Lessons, we believe learning to swim should be safe, fun, and empowering. We’re passionate about teaching life-saving skills in a supportive environment where kids (and adults!) can grow in confidence and capability. As we expand, we’re looking for energetic, patient, and enthusiastic swim instructors to join our tight-knit team!
What You’ll Do:
- Teach swim lessons to students of all ages and skill levels using our proven curriculum
- Ensure safety, fun, and progress during every lesson
- Provide personalized feedback and encouragement
- Communicate with parents or guardians about student development
- Help create a positive, welcoming atmosphere for all swimmers
Who You Are:
- Confident swimmer with strong knowledge of swim techniques
- Great with kids and able to connect with learners of all ages
- Reliable, friendly, and professional
- Previous swim instruction, lifeguarding, or coaching experience is a plus—but not required! (We’re happy to train the right person!)
- CPR/First Aid/Lifeguard Certification is a MUST
- Reliable transportation
