Role Description The Merchandising Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Gujranwala. The person in this position will support the merchandising team in managing product assortments, tracking inventory, and preparing product listings and specifications. Daily tasks include coordinating with sales and production teams, updating price lists and catalogs, and assisting in sample preparation and order follow-up. The role involves monitoring stock levels, reviewing sales performance, and helping to identify trends and best-selling items. The Merchandising Assistant will also communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely information about products, delivery schedules, and special requirements, while maintaining organized records and basic reports.

- Clear, professional communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with customers and colleagues.
- Analytical skills to review sales data, assess inventory levels, and support merchandising decisions.
- Customer service and sales skills to assist in handling inquiries, supporting the sales process, and maintaining client satisfaction.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for managing product information, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Basic proficiency in office software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing) and comfort working with product and inventory data.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Gujranwala and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience in merchandising, retail, or sporting goods is an advantage; a relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
