KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Plan product ranges and preparing sales and stock plans in conjunction with Senior Merchandising
• Control stock levels & optimize sales volume based on capacity per location and sales forecasts by merchandise operation activities: allocating new arrivals, topping up stock from warehouse and transferring stock between locations
• Coordinate activities flow within internal teams/functions
• Analyze past sales figures/trends to anticipate future product needs
• Set up approved promotion scheme on the system
• Handle defective stock by SOP
• Support execution of in-season activities which include repeat orders, markdowns, ad-hoc promotion.
• Any others ad-hoc tasks or project as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
• Diploma/ Degree in Business/ Retail Management/ Statistics/ Business Analytics
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in retail footwear industry
• Excellent computer skills, proficient in Excel
• Excellent interpersonal, planning and organization skills to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Positive work attitude and able to work under pressure Bilingual, proactive and strong analytical skills
• Meticulous and good communication skills
• Strong presentation and report-writing skills

Location: Saigon Trade Tower, Sai Gon Ward (Dist. 1), HCMC
Working hours: Mon – Fri | 9AM – 6PM, 1 hour break
