AB Fitness is looking for an experienced and target-driven Membership Sales Consultant to join our growing team. If you have a strong background in gym membership sales and are passionate about fitness, this is an excellent opportunity to build your career within a leading fitness facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new membership sales through walk-ins, referrals, outbound calls, social media inquiries, and lead generation activities.
- Conduct professional club tours and present membership packages, facilities, and services.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into active members.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Promote memberships, personal training packages, and additional club services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members and prospects.
- Manage membership renewals and support retention initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, promotional events, and community engagement activities.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and member support.
- Prepare sales reports and updates for management.
Qualification
- Minimum 2 years of proven gym membership sales experience.
- Previous experience within a gym, fitness club, health club, or sports facility is mandatory.
- Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
