Membership Sales Associate

Drive membership growth while helping individuals improve their health and wellness through a consultative, relationship-focused sales approach.

Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed membership sales quotas
• Generate leads through community outreach and networking
• Conduct tours, present membership options, and close sales
• Build rapport and foster long-term member retention
• Follow up with prospects and handle customer service concerns
• Collaborate with team members to achieve center goals

Qualifications:

• Proven retail or sales experience with goal achievement
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with results-driven mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Sports Management, Business, Marketing)
• Fitness industry experience preferred

QUALIFICATIONS

A Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business, Marketing or the equivalent, required. Previous experience within the fitness, health and wellness industry preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
