Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our multi-discipline pain management and rehabilitation facility in Point Pleasant, NJ. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations and providing exceptional service to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, managing a high-volume calendar efficiently.
- Answer and manage a high volume of phone calls with professionalism and excellent customer service.
- Verify patient information, process insurance details, and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with clinical staff to support patient care and flow.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Address patient inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Proficiency in medical software and familiarity with eClincial Work software is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
