What You’ll Be Doing:

Ensuring an exceptional patient experience while maintaining high levels of organization.

Patient Experience & Clinic Operations

Be the first friendly face patients see, setting the tone for a welcoming experience.
Oversee phone performance, appointment scheduling, and check-ins.
Ensure billing, collections, and funding processes run smoothly.
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting clinic environment.
Manage patient feedback, reviews, and retention strategies.

Clinic Space & Efficiency

Ensure the front desk and waiting area remain warm and inviting.
Keep treatment rooms and gym areas stocked and well-maintained.
Identify and resolve facility issues to keep the space in excellent condition.
