Position Overview
We’re seeking a friendly, experienced full-time Medical Receptionist to join our Eastown clinic. As the first impression for our patients and visitors, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, professional, and efficient front-desk experience. We value a work environment that is both fun and challenging, where team members are supported in doing their best work.

- Previous office experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and welcoming patients
- Manage multiple communication channels, including phone lines, faxes, mail, and email
- Check patients in and out, collect payments, and verify information
- Schedule and process all incoming referrals
- Manage therapists’ schedules and assist with medical documentation
- Perform other administrative and clerical duties as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
