Neuron Connect is a rapidly growing brain health organization specializing in qEEG Brain Mapping and Neurofeedback Therapy. We partner with physicians, attorneys, behavioral health providers, primary care practices, neurologists, psychiatrists, and rehabilitation specialists to provide objective brain-based assessments and personalized treatment recommendations for patients experiencing neurological, cognitive, emotional, and post-injury challenges.
We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and forward-thinking Medical Director (MD or DO) licensed in Arizona to join our expanding team.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct telehealth medical evaluations and consultations
- Review qEEG Brain Mapping reports and clinical findings
- Provide treatment recommendations and medical oversight
- Collaborate with our clinical and administrative teams
- Support patients with conditions such as:
- Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)
- Concussion/Post-Concussion Syndrome
- ADHD
- Anxiety & Depression
- PTSD
- Sleep Disorders
- Cognitive Decline
- Peak Performance Optimization
- Participate in occasional in-person activities at our Tempe, Arizona location as needed
- Maintain clinical compliance and quality standards
Qualifications Required
- Active Arizona Medical License (MD or DO)
- Current DEA Registration (if applicable)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Unrestricted license with no significant disciplinary actions
- Strong communication and telehealth skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
Preferred
- Background in Neurology, Psychiatry, Family Medicine, PM&R, Sports Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Integrative Medicine, or Functional Medicine
- Experience with brain health, concussion management, behavioral health, or neurocognitive conditions
- Existing professional malpractice insurance
- Experience reviewing EEG, qEEG, neurocognitive, or neurological assessments
