About Us
The Range St. Louis West is one of the Midwest’s premier firearms training facilities, indoor shooting ranges, and firearms retailers. We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead day-to-day marketing efforts, coordinate communication across departments, and help drive growth in memberships, training, retail sales, events, and customer engagement.
What You’ll Do
- Manage social media content and posting schedules
- Create marketing materials using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
- Capture photo and video content throughout the facility
- Maintain website content and marketing calendars
- Coordinate marketing campaigns for memberships, training, retail promotions, and events
- Serve as the liaison between leadership, departments, and marketing partners
- Track campaign performance and provide reporting
- Support community outreach, customer events, and brand growth
Qualifications
- 3+ years of marketing, communications, or related experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with social media management and content creation
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
- Familiarity with WordPress or website content management systems
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Photography and videography experience preferred
- Passion for firearms, training, outdoor recreation, or the shooting sports industry preferred

Pay: $49,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
