Your role in our shared journey
Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you'll contribute to our mission by supporting key account marketing activities.
As an intern, you'll assist with day-to-day account management, coordinate marketing calendars and activations across markets, track campaign performance metrics, and help prepare materials for both internal stakeholders and external partners, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic key account environment.
Your role will be instrumental in weaving the fabric of our movement, bringing unique perspectives and driving innovation with every step.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
- Assist with day-to-day marketing account management for Zalando, including the preparation of internal and external materials and tracking of deliverables and campaign set-ups.
- Support the maintenance of key account marketing calendars and activation overviews to ensure materials are aligned and up-to-date across markets and functions.
- Collect and consolidate performance metrics such as impressions, traffic and PDP views whilst maintaining trackers and dashboards.
- Prepare agendas, presentations and meeting notes, whilst tracking action points and follow-ups to support cross-functional meeting execution.
- Own defined small workstreams under guidance, taking independent ownership of specific tasks.
You Have The Following Skills
- Must be enrolled at a Dutch University for the entire duration of the internship.
- Availability from September for 5-6 months.
- Marketing, Business (or a related field) studies.
- Strong organisational and planning abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent English; additional European languages advantageous.
