We are looking for a Marketing Executive to support our marketing activities in Spain and Italy, playing a key role in bringing campaigns and events to life. If you enjoy a dynamic, international environment where execution and collaboration go hand in hand, this role is for you.
About The Role
As our Marketing Executive, you will support the coordination and execution of local marketing initiatives across Spain and Italy, ensuring campaigns, materials, and events are delivered efficiently and consistently with KOMPAN’s brand standards.
You will work closely with Sales teams in both countries, as well as regional marketing teams, agencies, and external partners, acting as a key link between markets and functions.
This is a full-time position based in Barcelona, reporting to the Marketing Manager, with occasional travel across Spain and Italy for events, trade fairs, and internal alignment.
In this role, you will:
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and local initiatives across Spain and Italy
- Coordinate trade fairs and events, managing logistics, suppliers, materials, and budgets
- Collaborate closely with Sales teams in both countries, preparing presentations and marketing assets
- Support the management and localisation of website content, ensuring consistency with KOMPAN's brand guidelines
- Monitor website performance, traffic, and digital marketing metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Support SEO, SEM, and SOME initiatives, monitoring performance to increase online visibility, traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to support content creation, campaign execution, reporting, and operational efficiency
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
About The Profile
We are looking for a proactive and organised marketing professional who enjoys working in an execution-focused role with international exposure.
Your background can vary — what matters most is your ability to coordinate projects, manage stakeholders across different markets, and ensure smooth execution of marketing activities. We are also looking for someone who is comfortable working across both traditional and digital marketing channels.
You will likely bring:
- 5-8 years of experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, events, trade marketing, or similar roles
- Experience working with suppliers, agencies, and logistics for campaigns or events
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
- Basic understanding of website management, SEO, content marketing, and web traffic analysis
- Interest in applying AI tools to marketing activities and process improvement
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and strong ownership
- Fluency in Spanish, Italian, and English
- Experience in B2B environments, construction-related sectors, sports, or recreational industries is a plus, but not required
It would be an advantage if you also have:
- Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, HubSpot, Sitecore, or similar
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or SEO tools
- Experience with AI-powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Basic video editing skills for social media and marketing content
