Job mission: to engage supporters and drive attendances through compelling cross-channel marketing campaigns.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

Support the Head of Marketing and Marketing Manager in delivering campaigns across season tickets, matchday ticketing and memberships revenue 

Assist with retail marketing campaigns with the goal of putting a replica shirt on the back of every City fan

Support the execution of paid media campaigns, assisting with setup, monitoring, and optimisation

Lead on the preparation and coordination of marketing assets for matchday, including digital content, graphics, and any printed in-stadium materials

Support the CRM Executive on initiatives to grow the club's database through email and data capture campaigns 

Work with external media providers and agencies to activate and manage marketing campaigns i.e. radio, outdoor and digital

Support the Fan Engagement team with the coordination of any supporter events

Experience required:

 

1-3 years' experience in a marketing role

Understanding and experience of digital marketing channels, including social media, email and paid media 

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail 

Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team

Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop

•Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, or video editing tools is desirable

Salary banding: £28,000-£29,000.
