Our client is an international product IT company specializing in the development and support of high-load B2B projects in the entertainment, gaming, and sports industries. They are looking for a Marketing Content Strategist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own content strategy for all campaigns assigned
- Generate and approve creative ideas, concepts, and messaging across all marketing channels
- Collaborate with team members, including the junior sponsorship manager, to ensure smooth execution of campaigns
- Adapt content for ads, social media, presentations, events, and other platforms
- Maintain brand consistency across all campaigns
- Mentor junior team members and guide them on content execution
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, recommending improvements
Requirements:
- 4+ years experience in marketing, content strategy, or creative campaign management
- Proficiency in Russian & English languages
- Proven ability to lead content strategy and generate high-level creative ideas
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Expertise in social media, advertising, and content creation
- Ability to work independently, make decisions, and guide the team
