About Peak Pickleball
Peak Pickleball is a fast-growing indoor pickleball facility built around community, competition, fun, instruction, events, and an exceptional guest experience. We are looking for a creative, organized, high-energy Marketing & Content Coordinator to help bring our marketing strategy to life across social media, email, events, CRM, website updates, facility promotions, sponsor visibility, and guest engagement.
Position Summary
This is an execution-focused marketing role. Peak Pickleball leadership will provide the overall marketing strategy, priorities, campaigns, and direction, with input from this position. The Marketing & Content Coordinator will help execute that strategy by creating content, supporting promotions, managing marketing tasks, maintaining CRM activity, capturing photo and video, and keeping Peak Pickleball visible, active, and engaging across all channels.
The right person is not expected to build the entire marketing strategy alone. We are looking for someone who can take direction, add creative input, stay organized, follow through quickly, and create consistent content that reflects the energy and personality of Peak Pickleball.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Execution & Brand Support
· Execute marketing campaigns that support memberships, intro classes, leagues, tournaments, events, lessons, clinics, social programming, and special promotions.
· Create clear, engaging marketing materials for social media, email, website updates, flyers, signage, sponsor promotions, and in-facility marketing.
· Help tell the Peak Pickleball story through member moments, guest experiences, event recaps, program highlights, retail promotions, and community-focused content.
· Support campaign tracking, attendance trends, guest engagement, and basic reporting so leadership can evaluate what is working.
Content Creation, Filming, Photography & Video
· Capture photos and videos of events, tournaments, leagues, clinics, social play, lessons, guest experiences, retail promotions, sponsor activations, and facility moments.
· Create short-form videos, reels, event recaps, guest highlights, program promotions, behind-the-scenes content, and facility updates.
· Film and photograph guests and events in a professional, respectful, brand-appropriate way that reflects Peak Pickleball’s fun and welcoming culture.
· Edit photos and videos into polished content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, newsletters, website updates, digital ads, and in-facility promotions.
· Identify real-time content opportunities during busy facility hours, special programs, and high-energy events.
Social Media & Digital Content
· Manage day-to-day social media posting with consistent, engaging, brand-appropriate content.
· Support a content calendar that aligns with memberships, programs, events, leagues, tournaments, sponsor activations, retail promotions, and community engagement.
· Monitor engagement, comments, messages, and opportunities to improve participation or guest follow-up.
· Assist with paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, or other channels as directed.
CRM, Guest Communication & Lead Follow-Up
· Support the use and organization of Peak Pickleball’s CRM system for guests, prospects, members, event participants, sponsor contacts, and community relationships.
· Enter, update, and maintain accurate CRM information, including lead status, contact details, communication history, follow-up activity, and marketing opportunities.
· Assist with follow-up campaigns for guests, intro class participants, event attendees, new members, expired members, prospective members, and other targeted groups.
· Use CRM data to support email campaigns, promotional outreach, membership growth, retention, sponsor communication, event participation, and guest engagement.
· Work with leadership to keep CRM workflows simple, accurate, and useful for marketing, membership, sponsorship, events, and guest experience.
Email, Website & Member Communication
· Create and distribute weekly newsletters featuring upcoming programs, memberships, events, sponsor highlights, retail items, facility updates, and special announcements.
· Update website content so events, programs, schedules, promotions, sponsor information, and announcements remain current and accurate.
· Use CourtReserve, CRM tools, email platforms, and other systems to communicate clearly with members, guests, and prospects.
· Ensure written communication is accurate, professional, engaging, and aligned with Peak Pickleball’s voice.
Events, Programs & Community Engagement
· Support the promotion of tournaments, leagues, social nights, instructional programs, clinics, events, and special experiences.
· Attend key events to capture content, support marketing needs, engage with guests, and promote future participation.
· Work with the Programs Director, General Manager, operations team, instructors, contractors, and leadership to increase attendance and participation.
· Represent Peak Pickleball with positive energy, professionalism, and a guest-first attitude.
Retail, Sponsor & Partnership Support
· Promote the Peak Pro Shop through social media, newsletters, events, signage, CRM campaigns, and in-facility marketing.
· Assist with retail promotions, product launches, branded apparel, merchandise campaigns, and special offers.
· Support sponsor visibility through digital content, newsletters, event promotion, facility marketing, and CRM-related communication.
· Capture sponsor-related content during events, programs, leagues, tournaments, and activations.
· Help ensure sponsor deliverables are represented professionally, consistently, and creatively.
What We’re Looking For
· Creative, energetic, organized, and excited to help grow a community-based sports and entertainment brand.
· Comfortable filming, photographing, editing, and creating content in a live, fast-paced environment.
· Strong with social media, short-form video, photography, basic design, writing, and guest engagement.
· Dependable and able to manage multiple projects, deadlines, campaigns, events, and follow-up lists.
· Comfortable using or learning CRM systems, email platforms, CourtReserve, Canva, social media tools, and basic website updates.
· Able to take direction, provide input, execute quickly, and follow through without needing constant reminders.
· Positive, professional, and comfortable interacting with members and guests while capturing content.
· Interested in sports, events, hospitality, marketing, community engagement, and brand growth.
Preferred Experience
· Canva or other graphic design tools.
· Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, or other social media platforms.
· Photography, filming, reels, short-form video, or content editing.
· CRM systems, email marketing platforms, lead follow-up tools, or basic database management.
· Website updates, event marketing, sports marketing, hospitality, recreation, or community-based businesses.
Schedule & Compensation
This is a full-time position, approximately 40 hours per week. Pay range is $18-$20 per hour, based on experience. The schedule may include weekdays, evenings, weekends, events, tournaments, and special programs as needed.
