MARKETING & COMMUNICATION LEAD Jobs in Vilnius, Vilniaus, Lithuania at BC Rytas Vilnius

Title: MARKETING & COMMUNICATION LEAD

Company: BC Rytas Vilnius

Location: Vilnius, Vilniaus, Lithuania

BC Rytas is more than a basketball club. It’s a live where sport, emotion, city culture, fans, and partners all move in one rhythm.

Marketing here is not a department. It’s the power that builds atmosphere, fills the arena, shapes the city buzz, and turns fan energy into real outcomes — attendance, engagement, and partner value.

We are looking for someone who helps keep that power running every day — not just planning, but actually making things happen.

This role is for you if you:

  • have 5–8 years of experience in marketing, communications, or performance-driven environments;
  • come from an agency or fast-paced brand;
  • understand how campaigns are built, launched, and turned into results;
  • have strong instincts for content and communication;
  • understand paid media logic and campaign mechanics;
  • can manage multiple ideas and priorities at once;
  • have a strong “do it, don’t just plan it” mindset.
  • this is for someone who makes things move.

What you will do?

  • You will be responsible for the full energy around Rytas — from ticketing campaigns and season passes to game-day hype, derbies, playoffs, sponsor activations, and day-to-day communication. Your focus is not just creating ideas, but making sure they turn into execution that reaches fans at the right time, in the right form, and with the right impact.
  • You will work in a dynamic environment where no two days look the same. One day you are building derby emotion and storytelling, the next you are focused on filling the arena, and another on shaping sponsor activations and enhancing the fan experience across every touchpoint.
  • Your role is to make sure communication stays alive, consistent, and impactful across the entire season — from major moments to everyday interactions with fans. You work closely with creative, media, partners, and fan experience teams to ensure everything carries one voice, one direction, and one purpose — real impact.
  • You are the bridge between ideas and execution. One day it is a derby hype campaign, the next a performance-driven activation that directly increases ticket sales, and another a sponsor integration that feels natural within the fan journey.
  • You will also manage and support paid marketing campaigns, track audience response, analyze performance, and continuously optimize communication based on what actually works.
  • And you will be close to game days — where marketing becomes experience: inside the arena, on screens, in messaging, and across every fan touchpoint.

Why join?

Join one of the most ambitious sports organizations in the Baltics and help shape how thousands of fans experience the club every single week.

This is a role for someone who wants to create campaigns that people actually feel — from packed arenas and derby atmosphere to partner activations and everyday fan engagement.

You’ll have real ownership, fast pace, and the opportunity to build work that is visible, impactful, and emotionally connected to the city and its fans.

  • Competitive compensation linked to experience and results
  • Salary starting from EUR 3400 gross + motivation system
